As MFG 7 Lead (Director), you will be joining a premier provider of biologics services from discovery to commercialization with global customers in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
The company is one of the world's top three contract development and manufacturing companies for biopharmaceuticals, providing its clients with a world-leading open-access technology platform.
Your key responsibilities will include building the MFG 7 Upstream and Downstream Teams, as well as the Manufacturing Technology technical group.
You will also provide technical oversight to teams, coaching associate staff, and serving as the MFG 7 drug substance process subject matter expert.
The successful candidate will have experience across both Upstream and Downstream manufacturing activities, greenfield or large site expansion experience, and familiarity with lean principles and implementing CI processes within complex manufacturing operations.
They should also have proven track records in delivering large-scale manufacturing projects and possess strong leadership competencies with demonstrated management skills.
