We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lean Construction Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing Lean Construction programs, including Last Planner System, Takt Planning, Direct Observations, Lean Six Sigma projects, and Lean Integrated delivery approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Lean Construction programs to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of Lean Integrated delivery approach.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to project teams on Lean principles and practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lean Construction and Last Planner System.
  • Knowledge of Takt Planning and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proficient in Direct Observations and Lean Integrated delivery approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
