Operational Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Transformation Manager to lead our specialist team in driving operational excellence and process innovation.

This is a high-impact position that requires someone who can engineer smarter processes, lead change, and implement solutions that make a measurable difference.

  • Lead a specialist team to drive operational transformation, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and improve quality.
  • Design and implement automation and tech-enabled solutions for occupational health services, managing complex projects from concept to delivery on time.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to create tailored solutions, engaging people and bringing them on the change journey.
