Job Description

As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will be working with a dynamic team to provide expert services to children and young people (0-18) with complex needs.

The role involves assessing, intervening, and developing tailored treatment plans for each individual, depending on their specific needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and adapting treatment to further their development.

Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators, you will enhance understanding of the individuals' needs and develop effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and intervention for individuals with complex needs
  • Development and implementation of tailored treatment plans
  • Monitoring progress and adapting treatment as needed
  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance understanding of individual needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • CORU registration or eligibility for CORU registration
  • Driving license (desirable)
