Expert Tax Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our Private Client Tax team in Belfast.

As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will utilize your expertise to support the development of new business opportunities and deliver high-quality services to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing engagements to deliver complex tax advisory services;
  • Ensuring clients receive holistic solutions to their tax needs;
  • Providing innovative and creative solutions to technical tax challenges;
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services to existing and new clients;
  • Contributing to financial management within the team with a focus on monitoring WIP, billing, and debtors;
  • Coaching and guiding junior team members with a focus on staff development and wellbeing;
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated services.

Requirements include:

  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified with significant post-qualification experience;
  • Proven ability to nurture client relationships and manage projects from initiation to completion;
  • Commercially focused with experience in business development;
  • Experience in performance management and coaching with a keen interest in staff development and wellbeing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
