About Mechatronic Systems Design Engineer Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechatronic Systems Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative biosensor systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex measurement systems for biological sensors.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop novel biosensor systems leveraging electrochemical and optical sensors, microfluidic components, measurement electronics, algorithms, and control software.
  • Take ownership of ensuring measurement systems function as designed on a day-to-day basis.
  • Drive continuous improvements in lab setups.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplined engineering team to solve product development challenges.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • BEng or MEng in Electronic/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience in a relevant role.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong electronic design knowledge including both analog and digital circuit theory.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design.
  • Hands-on experience with using lab equipment.
