We are looking for an experienced occupational therapist to take on the role of therapy and rehabilitation expert in our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services, providing clinical leadership, and supervising junior staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff
  • Manage a designated caseload and develop appropriate care plans
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • UK HCPC REGISTRATION
  • EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF APPLYING OCCUPATIONAL FRAMES OF REFERENCE AND APPROACHES
  • Demonstrates evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills
  • Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models
  • Knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals
