Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

  • This role involves supporting service users with their daily plans and activities, assisting with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes, as well as helping with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and family visits.
Requirements
  • No formal qualification is required, but all necessary training will be provided.
  • Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people are essential.
  • A full driver's licence is required or in the process of being achieved.

Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week may be required.
