Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive and empathetic care to residents
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with medication administration and personal care
  • Engage with residents through social interactions and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare or geriatrics preferred
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
