  • Our firm is seeking a Health Law Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload primarily focused on Health Law claims, ensuring each case is handled with meticulous attention to detail and empathy for clients' circumstances.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor registered in Ireland with ideally 3-5 years post-qualification experience specifically within Plaintiff Health Law.

  • Demonstrated expertise in medical negligence cases is essential for success in this position.
  • Experience handling Inquests is advantageous but not mandatory for consideration.
  • Proficiency using alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation or negotiation is highly valued.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical abilities enables effective problem-solving for complex legal issues.
