About This Role

As a seasoned Programme Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering technology solutions that enhance customer engagement across multiple channels.

  • You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-channel technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • You will interact with senior client stakeholders to resolve important questions and challenges regarding the solution design, plan, and budget of a complex customer channels technology transformation.
  • You will lead diverse experts working across various teams, including business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers, and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution, representing and explaining project progress to the most senior client stakeholders.
  • You will ensure the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

About The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multi-channel solutions across customer and mobile systems in a financial services context.

  • They will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel solution projects with a blue-chip consulting firm.
  • They will have extensive experience with Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), EIS, and CRM systems.
  • They will have strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) being highly desirable.
  • They will have experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.
  • They will have experience in delivering business value from technology as well as communicating the value to senior business stakeholders.
