Tax Advisory Expert for Private Clients

The Client — The Private Client Tax division is a leading team providing advisory services to private businesses, their proprietors, and high-net-worth individuals in the Irish context. This adaptable group offers guidance on commercial and tax matters, including asset holding structures, individual taxation, shareholder affairs, succession and estate planning, and family office establishment.
The Role — Provide counsel and assistance to private clients in devising tax planning strategies and adhering to pertinent regulatory requirements. Assist the senior management team by contributing to the development of comprehensive technical tax guidance across various tax issues, entailing thorough research of tax legislation and case law.
Extend support to clients by guiding them through the process of Revenue audits, participating in negotiation discussions, and assessing potential settlement options. Provide internal tax training sessions and offer support for client presentations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
ACA and/or CTA/CTC qualifications are required, along with relevant experience in taxation. The preferred candidate should demonstrate a history of achieving service excellence, exhibit adept communication skills, and provide evidence of their capacity to collaborate effectively within the tax team.
Possessing proficient interpersonal skills, adeptness in both written and verbal communication, and proficiency in tasks such as report writing and delivering presentations are essential.
