The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development, management, and delivery of BIM standards & digital strategy.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Drive the implementation, development, and management of a successful BIM process across multiple projects.
  2. Work closely with the pre-construction team to review tender documents and identify client BIM and digital requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough technical reviews of 3D BIM models to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  4. Support the production and delivery of project documentation, including BEP, MIDP, and MPDT.
  5. Collaborate with the planning team to develop and deliver a 4D BIM model.
  6. Design and coordinate visualizations and interactive 3D Models.
  7. Lead the DPD kick-off meeting to review and finalize the DPD strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in construction, computing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
