CADENCE CANADA is looking for a skilled psychotherapy specialist to contribute to our Enhanced Mental Health Care, Depression Care, and Trauma Care Programs.

About the Position

1. Deliver evidence-based treatments for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use-related concerns
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress through our Measurement-Based Care platform
3. Maintain high standards of professionalism and adhere to best practices
4. Pursue ongoing consultation with the clinical management team as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body with the ability to deliver psychotherapy services in your province of practice
• 3-5 years of clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree
• Experience in trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations, is a strong asset
• Specialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong asset
• Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by CADENCE CANADA
• Proficiency to provide counselling services in either English or French is required
• Counselling proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
