This role leads the strategic sourcing activities of ingredients categories, developing procurement strategies to ensure long-term supply and optimize delivered costs. The successful candidate will manage a team and drive supplier performance improvement while adding value to Keurig Dr Pepper's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sourcing Strategies in conjunction with key business partners to address business needs.
  • Negotiate and evaluate preferred supplier contracts with stakeholders.
  • Conduct industry analysis to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Refine procurement processes for maximum benefits through compliance and specification controls.
  • Negotiate long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Develop risk management strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Keurig Trading team to monitor markets and report impacts to the business.
  • Identify and execute the best-fit supply chain for delivery of ingredients categories.
  • Maintain a master contract management system for all spends within scope.
  • Ensure governance to company and SAP rules on supplier NDA's and contracts.
  • Communicate market knowledge for industries in which vendors participate.
  • Manage quality issues with suppliers and lead 'Make vs. Buy' analysis for cost optimization.
