About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bridge Engineer to lead our Bridge Design Team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement, with a substantial portfolio of secured projects and a robust pipeline of exciting ventures.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in bridge design, inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation, as well as proficiency in Eurocodes and structural analysis software (MIDAS Civil or LUSAS). They will also have experience working within multidisciplinary teams and be proficient in client-facing roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the Bridge Design Team in Dublin
  2. Driving business development and managing tender bids for professional services contracts
  3. Conducting short, medium, and long-term resource planning to ensure project success
  4. Providing design input and overseeing the delivery of structural aspects of projects

A level 8 honours degree in civil or structural engineering, relevant experience as a bridge/senior bridge engineer and chartered status are essential.
