Leading Speech-Language Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our healthcare team.
The successful candidate will work in an established SLT department, assessing, diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing difficulties of adults across the acute medical wards.
- A recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy with registration required
- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience, including work in an acute setting desirable
- Dysphagia qualification and experience beneficial but not essential
Our department provides a high-quality service to adults across all acute services, including Stroke, Age-related care, Critical care, Respiratory, General Medicine and Surgery.
As a senior speech therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' communication and swallowing abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training, ensuring that your skills and knowledge remain up-to-date with best practices in the field.
