Strategic Corporate Tax Advisor

This role presents a chance to contribute to a multinational organisation's tax strategy, driving compliance across various jurisdictions.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on corporate and people tax matters, supporting strategic business initiatives and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's tax approach, ensuring alignment with global best practices and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advisory services on corporate residency, permanent establishment, and governance for new market entry and expansion.
- Contribute to and advise on transfer pricing, R&D credits, tax audits, and interactions with tax authorities.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and tax provisioning for multiple European entities and branches.
- Monitor international employee mobility and assess implications for corporate tax, payroll, and social security.
- Partner with HR, Global Payroll, and Mobility teams to support employment tax returns, UK PSA, IR35, and expatriate compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the adoption of tax technology.
- Significant experience in a similar corporate tax role, ideally with international or European exposure.
- Strong advisory skills, capable of explaining complex tax issues to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA) required; tax qualification (e.g. CTA) is a strong advantage.

- Expertise in transfer pricing, tax planning, and corporate tax management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
