Job Title: Mid-Level Process Engineer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in a mid-level position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of process equipment change controls, maintaining plant equipment according to regulatory requirements, and assessing corrective maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of calibration programs and instrumentation troubleshooting, as well as a collaborative approach to work with the ability to influence and guide others.
Responsibilities- Process equipment change controls: Ensure that all changes are captured and completed effectively, and that the site's core plant equipment is maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain equipment and systems: Consistently maintain equipment and all systems to avoid downtime, and assess equipment and systems to design improved efficiency projects for the site.
- Cause analysis: Use route cause analysis to complete investigations as required, and identify RTF solutions.
- Engineering Degree: The successful candidate will have an Engineering Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a biologics manufacturing environment, preferably.
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of calibration programs and instrumentation troubleshooting, as well as a collaborative approach to work with the ability to influence and guide others.
