Electrical Maintenance Role

This position involves collaboration with Site Managers and Planners to execute the site maintenance program. The goal is to deliver compliant, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Reliability Engineer in executing Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives.
  • Develop and lead a Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns and support maintenance personnel to conduct real-time Root Cause Analysis.
  • Daily start-up checks on machinery throughout the plant.
  • Maintenance activities must be performed efficiently, safely, and hygienically across the site.
Additional Tasks:
  • Ensure smooth factory operations.
  • Repairs, servicing, and regular maintenance of machinery.
  • Work on refrigeration, plumbing, and other breakdowns should be carried out safely and tidily.
  • Implement and follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure completion of necessary records.

Refrigeration experience is an advantage but not essential. Staff are required to comply with Company Health & Safety policy.
