Strategic Enterprise Program Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering value-added enterprise program management to various stakeholders.
A successful candidate is a problem solver who understands the details and is involved in the design and implementation of scalable solutions that integrate process, technology, and organizational change.
Key responsibilities include breaking down projects into component parts, identifying and tracking dependencies and opportunities for optimization, creating and refining processes when necessary, and maintaining focus on reliability and continual improvements.
You will also be responsible for communicating goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders, as well as developing correlation of project objectives with measurable goals, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or a related industry
- Experience engaging with leadership executives and successfully driving and delivering complex and impactful strategic change programs
- Strong technical program management skills in a dynamic and highly technical environment
- Solid knowledge and understanding of investment management products and asset types
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
