The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading and delivering specialist 360 recruitment processes, recruiting across various roles and sectors, and managing high-volume recruitment.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle from advertising to offer stage, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
In this role, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders to determine current and future business resourcing requirements and proactively attract high-calibre candidates using agency recruitment and direct methods/tools.
You will also use an Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidate information is updated regularly and kept in line with GDPR regulations, developing detailed talent pools for future vacancies.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all business relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, supporting hiring managers with job specs, and ensuring a consistent theme across the firm.
You will screen candidates to produce shortlists and make recommendations to hiring managers, schedule interviews for hiring managers, and complete feedback calls with candidates post-interviews.
This is a hybrid role, with a Dublin-based office combined with home working, offering a fast-paced and commercial environment where you can grow your career.
