Financial Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to play a key role in shaping the future strategic direction of our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for planning, overseeing and managing the group's financial and accounting activities, producing periodic analysis and reports on dealership figures to inform and shape the future strategic direction. They will also support managers in business processes to ensure smooth operation of the company and take on ad-hoc duties as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, oversee and manage the group's financial and accounting activities.
  • Produce periodic analysis and reports on dealership figures.
  • Support managers in business processes.
  • Take on ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
  • Part Qualified or Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and ambition to contribute to business expansion.
  • Proficiency in accounting software packages.
