Workday Functional Lead

Job Description

This role involves leading Workday HCM and Recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring HR systems, identifying process improvements, and recommending solutions that leverage Workday capabilities.

The Workday Functional Lead will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external standards. This includes conducting regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and promoting data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and update Workday Core HCM to align with business objectives.
  • Review and identify gaps in current Workday Security configuration.
  • Serve as the functional lead for Workday HCM and Recruitment.
  • Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and ongoing configuration optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should also have 3+ years of experience in Workday configuration, including end-to-end project implementation and custom report development.
