Job Overview
As a Wedding Planner Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of weddings and events. This includes coordinating with vendors, clients, and hotel staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with prospective couples and event organizers to discuss their visions, preferences, and requirements.
  • Presentation of available wedding and event packages tailored to suit clients' needs and preferences.
  • Tours of available event spaces within the hotel, highlighting amenities and features that meet clients' expectations.
  • Coordination with preferred vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, decorators, and other event service providers.
  • Negotiation of contracts with vendors, reviewing terms, and documenting details accurately.
  • Assistance in planning weddings and events, including developing timelines, layouts, and seating arrangements.
  • Cost management for weddings and events, providing estimates and tracking expenses related to the hotel's services.
  • Oversight of all aspects of wedding and event days, including coordination with hotel departments and event setup.
