Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated electrical engineer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and a strong knowledge of electrical building services and plant engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and reactive tasks on electrical systems, including HVAC, fire safety systems, and building controls.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance using CMMS (Maximo) system.
- Manage safety across all contracts and participate in cross-functional meetings.
- Liaise with service desk and respond to technical queries in line with service level agreements.
- Coordinate external contractors and support minor installation and improvement works.
- Maintain accurate records for electrical testing and certifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 6 NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.
- 3rd level degree in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building Services Engineering.
- Excellent PC skills and ability to deliver presentations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
