We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Team Member to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service in all food and beverage outlets. Experience on the front desk is desirable, as well as the ability to train staff and improve service offerings.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of service in all food and beverage outlets
  • Experience on the front desk (desirable)
  • To help improve service and offerings
  • To follow all SOPs and to train staff on SOPs
  • To ensure that all costs and stock are monitored
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Health and Safety and hygiene legislation
  • Assist and perform various demonstrations and events
  • Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality
  • A qualification in bar/hospitality (desired but not essential)
  • The ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • Taking pride in their appearance and keeping up to date with the hotel industry
  • Being enthusiastic, confident and passionate about the hotel industry
  • The ability to lead by example
  • Flexibility
  • Skills: Food & beverage supervision, conference & banqueting supervision, experience in hotels, bars & restaurant shift leader team leader Cash Handling First Aider
