- Manage and develop a team of 21 accounts payable professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyse current accounts payable processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure and report on the performance of the accounts payable function.
- Resolve complex accounts payable issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
