IT Platform Architect

The role of the IT Platform Specialist is to provide strategic leadership and technical ownership of our ServiceNow platform. This specialist will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to determine how the ServiceNow platform can be leveraged to help reach organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to determine how the ServiceNow platform can be leveraged to help reach organizational goals
• Oversee platform governance, including change management, release management, and compliance
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with enterprise IT strategy
• Lead the design and development (implementation where new) of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM (including Cloud Provisioning & Governance), SAM, BCM, Now Assist, SecOps, and others
• Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity across all modules
• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms
• Monitor ServiceNow releases and innovations, and assess their applicability to the firm's environment
• Support M&A integration efforts by onboarding new entities into the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Support and guide the development and maintenance of platform documentation, standards, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform ownership and architecture
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and/or managing enterprise-scale platforms
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, architecture, and data model
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management
• Experience with M&A integration projects and onboarding new business units
• Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects in a hybrid work environment
• Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus
• Experience working within an IT organization supported by a managed IT services provider
