Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead our estimating team in developing strategic bids and participating in the tender process.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working on data centre, life sciences, or industrial projects.

In this position, you will work closely with estimators of various levels, playing a key role in driving business growth. You will be involved in tendering large-scale projects throughout Ireland and Europe, reviewing and agreeing bid strategies, managing teams, and conducting thorough reviews of tender documents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role
  • Prior experience working on data centre, life sciences, or industrial projects is preferred
