Youth Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Youth Support Specialist to work with young people aged 15-18 in a residential setting, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have a degree in social care or a related field and experience working with children with complex needs. They will be able to manage and support teenagers in crisis, while also advocating for their rights and interests.
