Job Overview

CPL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves working on site in Shannon, Co. Clare, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM on all electrical equipment
  • Manage emergency lighting systems
  • Ensure motive power functionality
  • Maintain general lighting systems
  • Conduct fixed electrical testing
  • Carry out PAT testing
  • Troubleshoot water & booster pumps
  • Maintain generators and UPS systems
Requirements:
  • FETAC Level 6 Electrician Qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting ability
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 16:30 pm

Compensation:

€26.10 per hour
