Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of observability frameworks for microservices-based applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create end-to-end observability architecture (Metrics, Logs, Traces, Events) for cloud-native environments.
  • Develop technical architecture diagrams using Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio.
  • Define SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets aligned with business KPIs and DORA metrics.
  • Architect telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry Collector.

Main Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with OSS tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Jaeger).
  • Experience in reliability engineering and DevOps.
