Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, including formal supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
  • Oversee the service 5/7, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Maintain high levels of infection control standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent).
  • Full Clean Driver's license.
  • Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
  • 5 years experience in ID services with 2 years senior management experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
