RF Circuit Designer for Silicon IC Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RF Circuit Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge silicon ICs.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of the full silicon design lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.
- Design and simulate IC circuits using available device models, parameters, and design rules.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplined project team to ensure seamless execution.
Key Competencies:
- Cadence/ADS expertise.
- Experience in RF or Microwave Silicon IC design, including SOI, RF CMOS, SiGe, and BiCMOS processes.
- Familiarity with areas such as RF/Microwave Switch, Attenuator, Amplifier, or Phase Shifter is highly desirable.
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
