Finance Director

This role involves providing comprehensive financial and operational oversight on Investment Partnerships. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex financial operations, including financial control, production, reconciliation, and analysis of monthly financial and operational performance.
- Oversight and management of regulated entities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Production and consolidation of group financial reports across multi-currency entities, including KPIs for reporting purposes.
- Regular review of Fund performance against established KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing key reporting to Corporate Functions, Group and Local boards which may include in-depth analysis and investment support.
- Lead and work with external vendors, including auditors and TPAs, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Responsible for the oversight and management of the Portfolio Management System and associated systems.
- Assist with KYC and Due Diligence requests as part of the external party onboarding process.
- Oversee the NAV process, monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly NAVs produced by fund administrators.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 5-8 years' PQE experience.
- Proven experience in Fund administration, Investment Management, accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
A flexible approach to work, with the ability to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
