We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Quality Administrator to join our team.
- This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our company's Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Lean systems.
- You will be responsible for coordinating regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal company standards.
- An additional responsibility will be recording and addressing Corrective Actions and Concern Forms across Quality, Environmental, and Operational domains.
- Your experience and knowledge in ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) will be vital in participating in internal and external audits.
- Effective management of our calibration system for electrical and mechanical measurement equipment is also a priority.
- You will support and drive Lean initiatives and various continuous improvement projects across the business.
- A minimum of a third-level qualification and a proven track record in Health and Safety would be advantageous.
- Prior experience working with certifications, compliance standards, and regulated industry requirements is essential.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 would be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Candidates must have eligibility to work in Ireland.
