Data Review and Client Engagement Specialist with Flemish

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Review and Client Engagement Specialist with fluent Flemish language skills to excel in our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing maps data to ensure business information accuracy and making well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Review: Assess business information accuracy in client policies by thoroughly examining maps data.
  2. Client Engagement: Engage with businesses via outbound phone calls to verify business information, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  3. Platform Updates: Update client platforms with verified information, guaranteeing up-to-date data and optimal performance.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1 level) and Flemish (minimum B2/C1 level), enabling effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Judgment and Time Management: Ability to apply sound judgment on the job and effectively manage time in a deadline-driven atmosphere, prioritizing tasks and delivering results under pressure.
