Inspection Finisher Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading master reels according to job requirements and reel identification labels.">
• Printing inner and outer core labels, including customer-specific traceability label requirements.">
• Choosing the correct mandrel based on customer specifications.">
• Identifying and sourcing the correct core size as per customer requirements.">
• Setting blades to slit reels to the required width while adhering to health and safety protocols.">
• Utilizing AVT inspection to remove substandard print from master reels.">
• Maintaining the quality of slitting throughout the production run.">
• Ensuring all reels are fully labeled according to both company and customer standards.">
• Following the line clearance procedure after each job and retaining records.">

Requirements:
