Data Center Operations Manager

The primary role of this position is to oversee the daily operations and management of our data center facilities. This includes driving operational excellence, maintaining mission-critical infrastructure, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standards are met.
- Oversee multiple data center availability zones, implementing strategic infrastructure management plans.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performance.
- Operate and manage critical systems including power distribution, generators, cooling infrastructure, and monitoring systems.
A typical day will involve a blend of strategic planning, hands-on technical oversight, and team leadership. The candidate will navigate dynamic environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain our data center operations. They will engage in proactive problem-solving, system optimization, and creating innovative solutions that keep our infrastructure running seamlessly.
