Job Opportunity

The position of Gym/Fitness Instructor has become available at our premium state-of-the-art gym. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our dynamic leisure team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate proper exercise equipment usage to members
  • Monitor equipment misuse and maintenance
  • Ensure the gym is clean and free of hazards
  • Deliver exercise classes and workshops
  • Develop personalized exercise plans for members
  • Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs as needed
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the gym and pool
  • Carry out pool testing and other facility checks
  • Deal with customers regarding sales through the till system
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer, member, and client information

Required Qualifications
  • Relevant training or certification in gym instruction is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of fitness and exercise principles, including various types
  • In-depth understanding of anatomy, muscles, and movement
  • Exemplary guest service skills
  • Varied knowledge of gym and pool equipment
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
