
Global Customer Success Operations Manager

This role is focused on enhancing operational efficiency within the customer success organization.
- Ensures accurate and reliable data in the system.
- Works independently with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Collaborates closely with the customer engagement team.
- Fosters a high-performance culture and teamwork.
- Supports global customer-related document requests efficiently.
- Manages orders from start to finish for standard orders, samples, lab orders, etc.
- Issues quotations, order acknowledgments, returns, credits, and debits; DA's, notifications.
- Verifies orders through the OCR queue or webstore.
- Handles export and import activities, including pricing-related tasks.
- Initiates new customers by creating data and triggering item creation.
- Updates customer master data and information records in SAP.
- Coordinates document control, CMIR, and shipping instructions.
- Liaises with plants and the wider supply chain to optimize processes.
- Collaborates with the customer experience unit to implement audit findings and projects.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong learning capacity, and the ability to work independently in a global environment.
