Key Program Manager Role
We are seeking an accomplished Program Management Specialist to lead a multi-year program focused on delivering innovative technologies, processes, and capabilities that protect critical infrastructure, data, and digital assets.
The successful candidate will have strong technical program management skills, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex programs, including cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, managing interdependencies across workstreams from initiation through to post-implementation.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, driving innovative solutions to ensure delivery against key project KPIs.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the program is adequately resourced to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within the organization, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, ensuring consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate issues accurately and in a timely manner to ensure swift resolution.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
