The role of Counter Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading and motivating a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
As a Counter Manager, you will be accountable for managing the counter and ensuring it remains stocked at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the counter area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by delegating roles and tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Achieving sales targets through effective delegation and motivation of staff.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the counter remains stocked and reporting any concerns to senior management.
- Maintaining open communication with store/department managers and area managers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays as required.
