Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain process documentation, including process flows, data mapping, and user guides.

  • Collaborate closely with Operational, Product, Compliance, and Technical teams to design solutions that meet all reporting and regulatory obligations.
  • Support testing of reporting solutions to ensure functionality and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Work virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support for solution uptake, data remediation, change management, and troubleshooting or issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by identifying and mitigating risks related to regulatory compliance and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to regulatory reporting, financial services, or compliance-related projects.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, creating process flows, data models, user guides, and gap analysis.
  • Proficiency in using Business Analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to understand technical systems and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of data models, data governance, and quality standards for reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
