Job Title: HR and Facilities Coordinator

Description

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for maintaining records and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with leaders regarding supply management.
  • Stock control and procurement from external vendors.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance requirements.
  • Efficiently processing and responding to inquiries or escalating them to the relevant point of contact.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in liaising with external stakeholders.
  • A proven interest in gaining exposure to human resources duties and responsibilities.
  • A strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
