Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Research and Development team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling project resources, collaborating with physicians to understand clinical needs and identify areas for research, and overseeing all technical aspects of Research and Development activities.

  • Manage and schedule project resources to ensure timely delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to understand clinical needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of Research and Development activities, including design, development, testing, and implementation of new products and technologies.
Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field and significant experience in a supervisory position. They will also possess excellent project management skills, the ability to write technical documents, and knowledge of medical device materials and engineering fundamentals.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to write technical documents.
  • Knowledge of medical device materials and engineering fundamentals.
