Lead Clinical Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing leader to fill a key leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- A current NMBI registration
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role (ADON, or DON level)
- A warm, approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people
- Strong clinical governance and management skills
- A passion for creating a supportive and positive work environment for staff and residents alike
