Hotel Accommodation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Limerick.
About the Role:
- Oversee all Housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences.
- Operate within budgets through effective stock and cost controls, as well as managed schedules.
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team.
- Rostering in line with operational needs.
- Develop staff skills and evaluate employee performance.
- Attend Senior Leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless departmental operations.
- Responsible for purchasing, storing, inventorying, and controlling all housekeeping-related items.
- Ensure team members have up-to-date knowledge of room categories and amenities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or Assistant in a high-end, high-volume 4/5* Hotel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- An excellent team leader who can motivate their staff.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
