We're eager to welcome a motivated Sous Chef to our team, someone who shares our passion for creative cuisine and exceptional service.
Core Responsibilities- To bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role or be prepared to take on more significant responsibilities.
- To foster a supportive environment, guiding and developing junior team members.
- To expertly manage the kitchen in the head chef's absence, upholding the highest standards.
- To optimize ordering processes, reducing waste and enhancing profit margins through efficient use of current systems.
- Prior experience in 5-star hotels or Michelin-recommended establishments is highly beneficial.
